Which energy drinks could be acceptable to drink. Sugary energy drinks are 100% off the table, but as we know, that does not exclude all energy drinks from the conversation. There are plenty of zero-sugar and even zero-calorie energy drinks on the market. Therefore, there is a debate on if these are ok to have.
Would be an awesome topic for a video, deep diving into something a lot of us in the community are affected by. I personally drink, at a minimum one zero sugar energy drink every day - usually a 500ml white monster. In a week I will probably average about 8.5 since some days I will have another one if work demands or my workout demands.
I'm very sensitive to artificial sweetener taste (and so-called natural sugar free sweetener options like stevia, monkfruit etc). I also don't want to drink cans of liquid sugar constantly. Is there an energy drink that contains zero sweeteners of any kind, just the energy drink ingredients and maybe some flavouring?
