Okay. Here's what I feel. Even if Winds of Winter did come out in the not so distant future, we are never going to see the publication of the end of the Song of Ice and Fire series in Martin's hand. I'll tell you why I think so. In Martin's current plan, he has to write, finish and publish Winds and A Dream of Spring to wrap up the story.
