7Tktm. You were right to change the plug from a 7 as it is too hot. Obviously you set your jetting for altitude, temperature, surface and how you ride it. We have owned 125 KTMs for many years and while the manual jetting chart is pretty good, I consider they are always too lean on the main jet recommendation.
mog. Posted April 7, 2021. It depends on load and oil type. The harder you ride the more oil you need , most modern oils are good at 40:1 ,before 32:1 was the golden number.
